She has shown exceptional leadership, outstanding teamwork, and a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for our senior residents, according to Prairie View Senior Living.

As the 2022 Associate of the Year, Hinrichs was awarded a special recognition certificate and crystal trophy to showcase our appreciation of their exceptional service and dedication. The award was presented during the Accura HealthCare Annual Awards Banquet on Aug. 30 at the Sheraton Hotel in West Des Moines, Iowa.
