Wabasso 87, Lester Prairie 43

LESTER PRAIRIE — Caden Frericks posted a 23-point, 23-rebound double-double to power the Wabasso boys basketball team to an 87-43 win over Lester Prairie Tuesday night, marking seven straight wins while the Rabbits keep its undefeated start to the season going strong.

Brayden Guetter followed with another 15 points, as did Jayden Remiger and Drew Kemp with 14 and 10 points, respectively. Wabasso had 20 assists on its 33 made field goals, and built up a 50-25 halftime lead to pull away early.

Wabasso (7-0) will look to keep its stride going when it next travels to Red Rock Central (0-6) on Jan. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
