MILROY — Rocco Rignell’s complete-game shutout and Carson Mensink’s three hits for four total bases helped the Marshall VFW Orange baseball team pick up a 3-0 win over Sleepy Eye VFW on Tuesday at the Irish Yard in Milroy. The game went scoreless through its first four innings, but Marshall stepped up down the stretch to claim its third consecutive win.

Sleepy Eye committed an error trying to throw out Mensink as he stole second, allowing Rignell to score, and Jackson Bly hit a sacrifice fly to score Mensink for a 2-0 lead.
