AREA HOCKEY: Marshall 12U takes first place in Rochester

MARSHALL — The Marshall 12U girls brought home their fourth tournament championship trophy of the season. They traveled to Rochester last weekend to compete in the Shannon O’Hara tournament.
They started out the weekend on Friday with a 6-0 win against Worthington. On Saturday morning they played Rochester and came out on top by a score of 7-0, then followed up in the afternoon game with an 8-1 win against Lakeville. On Sunday they took on Alexandria in the championship game and won 7-3.
The 12U girls have kept their winning streak alive as they head into next weekend with a trip to Detroit Lakes.
