Multiple Marshall athletes earn Big South All-Conference honors

MARSHALL — The Big South Conference recently announced its All-Conference teams for boys and girls hockey, wrestling and gymnastics and multiple Marshall athletes made the list.

In boys hockey, Jared Reinsma was the lone representative for Marshall on the All-Conference team. Joining him is Brock Behrend and Shaid Shearer (Luverne), Brady Sowder (Minnesota River), Braxten Hoffmann, Jace Addy and Noah Wilmes (New Ulm), Mason Clark (Redwood Valley), Kyle Ahlschlager and Charlie Huttemier (Waseca) and Alex Espenson, Brady Espenson and Zach Espenson (Windom Area).

The Honorable Mention team is comprised of Eli Anderson (Fairmont), Cade Wenninger (Luverne), Keagan Schiro, Jacob Berg and Kadon Strong (New Ulm), Chad Riewer (Redwood Valley) and Ben Diedrich (Waseca).

In girls hockey, Emma Klenken and Kaitlyn Timm made the All-Conference team for Marshall. Joining them are Mackenzie Householder (Fairmont), Kamryn VanBatavia, Rehgan Bork and Rylee Gee (Luverne), Nicole McCabe and Anna Pavlo (Minnesota River), Julia Helget, Maddi O’Connor and McKenna Strong (New Ulm), Elly Bang (Windom Area) and Kessey Aljets (Worthington).

On the Honorable Mention team, Emmy Barker and Leah Schaefer made it for Marshall. Joining them is Amelia Messer and Mary Rella (Minnesota River), Jacklynn Jevning (Waseca), Presley Dockter (Windom Area) and Ashton Fogalmen (Worthington).

In wrestling, Dylan Louwagie, Tate Condezo, Spencer Wambeke and Grant Louwagie made the All-Conference team for Marshall. Joining them are Nolan Ambrose, Kie Anderson, Logan Butzon, Thomas Freking, Payton Handevidt, Matt Haley, Caleb Vancura, Dylan Withers and Will Freking (Jackson County Central), Parker Kamm, Cole Ranweiler, Jaden Drill and Logan Lee (New Ulm), Carter Brandt, Jaxon Lang and Maverick Goblirsch (Redwood Valley), Hudson Burnett, Jayden Hoss, Brayden Burmeister and JJ Martens (Pipestone Area), Oscar Galvez, Damon Schutz, Cole Hennings and Jaden Hennings (Worthington), Jesse Potts, Jaxson Rohman, Kain Sanders, Lucas Jagodzinske, Connor Simmonds, Blake Jagodzinske, Carver Rohman, Max Olson and Aden Welcome (Fairmont/Martin County West), Riley Cowell (Luverne), Mason Gehloff, Luke Osweiler, Christian Rodriguez, Kaeden Johnson and Oliver O’Brien (Waseca), Ty Peterson, Max Ehrich, Kean Hicks, Nick Frank, Logan Johnson and Luke Mertens (Blue Earth Area), Kade Sammons, Caden Swoboda and Micah Holmberg (Windom/Mountain Lake Area) and Brogan Hanson, Noah Hunt, Kole Guth, Cole Filand and Leighton Robb (St. Peter).

In gymnastics, in the West Division, Clara Bader was the lone representative for Marshall on the All-Conference team. Joining her is Gracia Elias, Mekyla Nystrom, Hali Bullerman and Abby Bristow (Worthington), Carson Schneekloth and Payten Benda (JCC), Riley Franklin and Avery Wilson (Redwood Valley), Kindra Douty, Megan Lingen and Emma Stahl (Pipestone Area), Brooklyn Paulson and Ada Lund (Windom Area) and Amira Cowell and Ella Reisdorfer (Luverne).

In the East Division, Kayla Goblirsch, Ella Freiderich and Olivia Eckstein (New Ulm), Sabrina Segar, Anna Bachenberg and Hailee Schuett (Martin County Area), Addison Armstrong and Haley Kalis (Blue Earth Area), Trista Landsom, Anna Klatt and Audrey Kennedy (St. Peter) and Camryn Lynch and Jordan Hofmeister (Waseca) made the All-Conference team.
