YOUTH SOFTBALL: Marshall 14U Orange takes first place at State Tier 3 championships

The Marshall Orange 14U softball team finished 5-0 at the 19-team Minnesota State Tier 3 Championships in Cambridge. The Tigers beat Monticello and Andover on Saturday and Brainerd and Annandale before defeating River Falls, WI in the title game on Sunday. Marshall may participate in the national tournament next weekend in Watertown (S.D.).
