SMSU SOFTBALL: Mustangs announce more schedule changes

MARSHALL – Southwest Minnesota State University head softball coach Jamie Dunn has announced another schedule change for SMSU for their upcoming Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference doubleheaders scheduled for this weekend.

On Monday, SMSU rescheduled its NSIC opening doubleheader at the University of Sioux Falls, one-day later, to Wednesday starting at 2 p.m. at Sherman Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

SMSU, which was scheduled to host Upper Iowa and Winona State this Friday and Saturday in Marshall, will now play the four games at Sherman Park in Sioux Falls on Thursday and Friday.

SMSU will take on Upper Iowa on Thursday starting at 2 p.m. and then will face Winona State on Friday also starting at 2 p.m.

SMSU is 5-10 overall and will be playing its first game since March 8.
