To the Editor:

New Republican tax cut bill has passed the house with a massive 5 trillion dollar tax cut for the top 1% earners. Then it cuts food stamps, cancer research, Medicare and Medicaid. Michelle Fischbach of course voted for this, I guess she isn’t pro-life if she thinks 14 million people losing medical care and food assistance for starving children aren’t important.

Now Trump is giving $5 million tax payer dollars to the family of one of the insurrectionist, that attacked the capitol on Jan. 6 and put 200 capital police in the hospital. Taxpayers have to pay billions of dollars for the damage caused at the capitol, but now we have to pay off the criminals who damaged the capital.

How about those tariffs? Trump is saying toy rationing for the taxpayers, while he plans a 90 million dollar parade for himself and flies to Florida 10 times in his first 110 days in office to play golf on three-day weekends, at millions of dollars of cost to the tax payers. We should cut back while he spends our money on extravagant luxuries for himself. Trump bragged about ending the Ukraine war on day one, now on day 125, nothing has been accomplished.

If your neighbor stole twenty of your cows and half of your farm, then Trump came in and made a deal with said neighbor, without your consent, to give you back 10 of your cows and a quarter of your farm, then brag about his deal making skills, would that work for you? Now we watch Trump, daily selling the American presidency to foreigners, that depends on how much Crypto you bought from him, at over a million dollars a seat for his own profit and taking so called free 400 million dollar jets that tax payers have to retrofit for another billion dollars, then he keeps the jet after his term is over. No corruption there?

Where are we heading? Trump has filed six bankruptcies is that a clue?
