HENDRICKS — Services for Sharon Vettrus, 87, of Hendricks will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Christ Lutheran Church in Hendricks. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in Hendricks, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the East Hendricks Cemetery. Houseman Funeral Home-Birk Chapel of Hendricks has been entrusted with the arrangements. She died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, at Prairie Home Hospice in Marshall.

MINNEOTA — Mass of Christian Burial for Terrence “Terry” Schreiber, 76, of Minneota will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, with a rosary at 4 p.m. and a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Minneota. Visitation will continue on Saturday, one hour prior to the service, 9-10 a.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church. Burial with military honors will follow the service at St. Edward Cemetery. He died Sunday, Feb.1, 2026, at his home surrounded by family after a brief battle with lung cancer.
