Jul. 29, 1953- March 29, 2024 SLAYTON — Services for Barbara Jean (Luft) Surprenant, will be held at IHM Catholic Church Currie, at 10:30 a.m., with burial at Calvary Cemetery Currie. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at IHM Catholic Church in Currie and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. The Totzke Funeral Home in Slayton is assisting the family with arrangements. She was born on July 29, 1941, in Currie to Alfred and Viola (Boudreau) Luft. She died on March 29, 2024. BALATON — Services with military honors for Dale Dean “Andy” Anderson, 70, of Balaton will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Balaton. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Horvath Remembrance Center. Visitation will continue Thursday from 1-2: p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. He died Friday, March 29, 2024, under hospice care at his residence in Balaton.
