WABASSO—Donna Mae Timm, 93, of Wabasso, died on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing Home in Olivia, MN. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in rural Wabasso, MN, with burial to follow in the Saint Pauls Cemetery in Seaforth, MN. CANBY — Services for Dave “Mac” McDonald, 87, of Canby will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Canby. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby, with a prayer service at 5 p.m. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial with military honors will be at the Canby City Cemetery. Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel of Canby is entrusted with the arrangements. He died Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, at the Pipestone County Hospice House in Pipestone.

PORTER — Services for Dale M. Zimmerman, 89, of Porter will be 11 a.m. Friday at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Canby.  Burial will be in the St. Lucas Cemetery, rural Cottonwood.  Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, with a 7 p.m. prayer service, at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby and will resume Friday one hour prior to the service at the church.  Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby is entrusted with the arrangements. He died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at the Eventide Lutheran Home in Moorhead.

May 24, 1932-Oct. 28, 2024 SIOUX FALLS — Graveside services for Dale Swan, 92, were held Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Slayton Memorial Gardens in Slayton.  Military honors accorded by the Slayton American Legion Post.  He died Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. He was born May 24, 1932, on the family farm near Balaton, to Jubel and Elsie Rickgarn Swan. On Feb. 19, 1953, he enlisted in the United Sates Army.  He received his honorable discharge on Feb. 17, 1955. Survivors include five nieces and nephews, Judy Kathman, Jim Kathman, Shirley ...
