Pearcy gets probation for wrongfully obtaining assistance charges
MARSHALL — A Marshall business owner received five years of probation for charges of wrongfully obtaining medical assistance, court records said. Thomas Scott Pearcy, 55, will also need to pay more than $90,000 in restitution, court records said. Pearcy appeared in Lyon County District Court at a sentencing hearing Tuesday, court records said.
