Michael Currier

Sept. 5, 1950-May 15, 2021

AVOCA — A graveside service for Michael Ralph Currier, 70, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Avoca. Visitation will be from noon to 12:45 p.m. at the Totzke Funeral Home in Slayton. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, guests will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing guidelines.

He died Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the Good Samaritan Society in Pipestone.

He was born Sept. 5, 1950, in Kingston, Tennessee, to Fred and Margaret Sarten Currier.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie of Avoca; four children, Mike Truty of Slayton, John of Pipestone, Tanya Price of Currie, and Bobby of Pipestone; 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four siblings, Fred of Rockwood, Tennessee, Beaulah Bailey of Morrie, Illinois, Larry of Lenoir City, Tennessee, and Bill Griffin of Norphlet, Arkansas.
