Harland Bjugan

JASPER — Services for Harland Bjugan, 79, of Jasper, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Jasper Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jasper. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today at the Jasper Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jasper. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Wanamingo, at a later date. He died Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, at the Pipestone County Hospice House in Pipestone.

He was born March 21, 1940, in Faribault to Harold and Cora (Shelstad) Bjugan. He joined the Marine Corps reserve, receiving his honorable discharge in 1966.

Survivors include his wife Mary Lou; daughters, Tracie of Portland, Oregon, and Kelly Hudson of Princeton, W.V.; three grandchildren; sister, Lovey Nesseth; and brothers, Marvin and Larry.
