Rodney Olson

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Graveside military services for Rodney Kent Olson will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9, at Grand Junctions Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery.

He died July 24, 2019, at home.

He was born Jan. 6, 1940, in Cottonwood, to Ralph and Cherry Olson. He joined the U.S. Army in 1958.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; daughters, Debbie Becker and Laurie Hogan; son, Kent; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and siblings, Betty, Ralph “Sonny,” Dorothy Ann, Robert and Connie.
