MARSHALL — Services for Neil “Budd” Medrud, 90, of Marshall, formerly of Milroy and Balaton, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Dionysius Catholic Church in Tyler. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church in Tyler. Burial will follow at St. Dionysius Catholic Cemetery in Tyler.
