Madonna Baune

REDWOOD FALLS — Services for Madonna Lou (Bestick) Baune, 78, of Redwood Falls will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the church and will continue one hour prior to services on Friday. Burial will be in St. Catherine’s Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are preferred to Diabetes Research, The Myasthenia Gravis Disease Foundation, or the donor’s choice. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls is assisting the family with arrangements.

She died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at Mankato Hospital surrounded by family after an extended illness.

She was born March 31, 1938, in Leon, Iowa, to Vincent and Delma (Stage) Bestick.

Survivors include her children, Jill Schultz of St. Cloud, Jay of Redwood Falls, Joel of Redwood Falls, Jess of North Mankato, Jody Weddle of Willmar, and Jason of Hutchinson; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Tom Bestick of Rush City, Jim Bestick of St. Cloud, Pat Bestick of Hutchinson and Mark Bestick of Spokane, Wash.
