NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 86 – ZONING

OF THE

CODE OF ORDINANCES

OF THE CITY OF MARSHALL, MINNESOTA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on the amendment of the following sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Marshall:

Chapter 86, Sec. 86-27 Nonconforming uses, (b) Discontinuance.

Chapter 86, Sec. 86-260 Exterior appearance standards, (2) c. 2. i Classes of materials.

Chapter 86, Sec. 86-282 Exterior materials.

The Public Hearing will be held before the Marshall City Council on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street.
