Women of United Way hosting Power of the Purse
Women United of United Way of Southwest Minnesota will be hosting Power of the Purse at 6 p.m. on May 9 at the 5 Family Ranch in Marshall. Fund raised fuels Women United’s impact initiatives.
The evening will feature designer handbags. Tickets for the event cost $55 each, and the proceeds will support local initiatives to prepare young children in our area for kindergarten and beyond. These initiatives include the Imagination Library, Stuff the Bus school supply distribution, Born Learning Trails, and others.
