MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges of not having insurance, against a 41-year-old Marshall woman, in connection with a property damage accident at 3:15 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of theft charges against a 35-year-old Marshall woman, in an incident at 11:39 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 43, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 7:38 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East Southview Court and E Street, Marshall Police said.
