MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against two men, ages 43 and 18, in an incident at 4:21 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A hit and run incident was reported at 2:59 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A hit and run incident was reported at 10:53 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Fifth Street East, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
BALATON — A report is pending on a theft at 10:51 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Second Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 10:17 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Juno Lane is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of failure to yield to pedestrian charges against a 54-year-old Ghent man, in connection with a personal injury accident at 9:56 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 6:53 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
