MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 25, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 6:29 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Main Street and North Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — A report is pending on an incident at 8:33 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Eastbay Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 26, was arrested for violating conditions of his release at 2:48 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — A report is pending on an incident at 2:27 p.m. Monday on the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Theft was reported at 12:26 p.m. Monday on Highline Road, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 57, was checked for medical issues in connection with a driving incident at 10:52 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — An incident reported at 9:25 a.m. Monday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
LYND — A Texas man, 32, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 7:43 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Fourth Street and West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
LYND — A Big Lake man, 44, was cited for speeding at 1:05 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 230th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
