MARSHALL — A Montevideo woman, 43, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and no proof of insurance, in a traffic stop at 1:49 a.m. Friday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A Berwyn, Illinois, man, 23, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 12:56 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An Austin, Minn., man, 22, was arrested for DWI and reckless driving at 11:20 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Maple Street and South First Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A runaway was reported at 10:02 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A driver was cited for driving after suspension and not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 9:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Travis Road, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 7:49 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
