COTTONWOOD — A hit and run incident reported at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 29, was cited for a hands-free device violation at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Park Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 29, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and current proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 12:32 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.
