LYON COUNTY — A violation of an order for protection reported at 10:46 a.m. Wednesday Is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A Tracy man, 46, was arrested for probable cause DWI at 2:38 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of West Marshall Street and North Fourth Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY — A Round Lake woman, 44, was cited for driving after revocation at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 11:02 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Boxelder Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A violation of and order for protection was reported at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A personal injury accident involving a car versus bicycle was reported at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of West Main Street and North Sixth Street, Marshall Police said. Minor injuries were reported, Police said.
