MARSHALL– A 30-year-old man was cited for speeding at 8:14 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A 42-year-old man was arrested for assault and making terroristic threats at 7:01 p.m. Thursday on East Second Street North, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — Trespassing was reported at 6:46 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 43-year-old woman was arrested for aiding an offender, and a 58-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order, in an incident at 5:03 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and G Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 19-year-old man was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Mustang Trail and McLaughlin Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 48-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation, not having insurance and not having registration in a traffic incident at 2:27 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Graffiti reported at 10:31 a.m. Thursday on the 1600 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:13 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Storage units were broken into in an incident reported at 9:26 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said. The incident is under investigation, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 39-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation at 9:07 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — A suspicious incident reported at 8:54 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Summit Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A personal injury accident was reported at 5:16 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Highline Road, Tracy Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 5:10 p.m. Thursday at Charles Avenue and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
