RUSSELL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — A burglary was reported at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Elizabeth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation reported at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and South Fourth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
