COTTONWOOD — A 20-year-old man was cited for having a dog at large at 7:58 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges against a 17-year-old girl in a traffic stop at 11:05 p.m. Saturday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. The girl was stopped for driving without lights on, and she did not have a valid Minnesota driver’s license, Police said.

MINNEOTA — A 28-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 4:20 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Third Street and North Washington Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
