MARSHALL — A Jasper man, 28, was arrested for DWI, not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and failure to transfer vehicle title at 8:03 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Minnesota Highway 23 and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said. The man was held at the Lyon County Jail pending court.

MARSHALL — Drug paraphernalia reported found at 9:45 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street was destroyed, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 27, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 8:22 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. The man was held in the Lyon County Jail pending court.
