MARSHALL — A public disturbance reported at 6:36 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the Lyon County attorney’s office for consideration of order for protection violation charges against a Marshall man, 40, in connection with an incident at 5:31 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 34, was arrested for attempted arson and obstructing legal process in an incident at 8:54 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of North Sixth Street, Marshall Police said. The woman was held at the Lyon County Jail pending court and formal charges, Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 21, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a Marshall man, 25, was cited for open bottle in a traffic incident at 11:11 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 3:17 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 12:51 p.m. Friday on the 1000 block of North Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 20, and a Marshall man, 21, were arrested for assault in an incident reported at 8:45 a.m. Friday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said. The two people were held at the Lyon County Jail pending formal charges and court appearances, Marshall Police said.
