MARSHALL — A 36-year-old man was arrested for controlled substance DUI at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a washing machine and coin box reported at 7:21 p.m. Monday on Pearl Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Bicycle theft reported at 7:05 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of South A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 32-year-old woman was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 5:50 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Country Club Drive and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A 47-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation at 4:57 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 320th Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 1:20 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 52-year-old man was arrested on Lyon and Lincoln County warrants at 1:03 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 12:41 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a park storage shed reported at 11:45 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of items from a vehicle reported at 10:25 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Fourth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Elizabeth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 3:24 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North A Street, Marshall Police said. A 65-year-old woman was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with possible minor injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL — A rear-end collision was reported at 11:25 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshal Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
