MARSHALL — A 25-year-old Blaine man was arrested for fourth degree DWI, third degree test refusal and held 12 hours in the Lyon County Jail in an incident reported at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of E Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the Lyon County Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges for assault and disorderly conduct on a 17-year-old Marshall boy in an incident reported at 12:52 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 2011 Dodge driven by a 64-year-old Marshall man collided with a parked 2019 Ford in a property damage accident reported at 4:15 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of South First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2016 Toyota driven by a Lynd man, 60, and a 2012 Dodge driven by a Gary, S.D., man, 36, were involved in a collision at 3:24 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
