MARSHALL — A 19-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation after her vehicle struck another vehicle at 10:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Southview Drive and Hackberry, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 9:11 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East State Street and Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault at 7:14 p.m. Monday on the 2600 block of River Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile male was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 4 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was quarantined at home, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was cited for having an unregistered vehicle and no proof of insurance, in a traffic incident at 3:29 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South Second Street and Grimes Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 53-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant for violating release conditions at 3:07 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:59 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order at 12:48 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A domestic incident reported at 8:17 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
