MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was cited for fourth degree DWI in an incident reported at 7:08 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of 240th Avenue and 330th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — A 34-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation and unregistered motor vehicle in an incident reported at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of North Barstad Road and West Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL — A 43-year-old woman was cited for driving after suspension in an incident reported at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 2 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sherif’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 10:16 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boy’s bicycle was found and brought to storage in an incident reported at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A domestic incident was reported at 10:41 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North Adams Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A trespass incident was reported at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
