MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 3:39 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of West College Drive and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Burglary reported at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of theft charges against a 28-year-old woman, in an incident at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
