COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 6:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 21-year-old man cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 26-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order by a 34-year-old man at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Graffiti and broken windows reported at 1 p.m. Tuesday on Fairgrounds Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was arrested for theft and trespassing, and on a Lyon County warrant, in connection with incidents reported at 10:52 a.m. and 1:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Deschepper Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A semi trailer struck a parked vehicle in a property damage accident at 9:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
