GARVIN — A 40-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension in an incident reported at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
