MARSHALL — Theft reported at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 30-year-old woman was arrested for check forgery and theft at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
