AMIRET — A burglary reported at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday on the 1800 block of Front Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Fraud was reported at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — A 28-year-old man was cited for possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in a traffic incident at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 200th Street and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on fraud at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of possible tobacco violation charges against a juvenile male, in an incident at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 72-year-old man was cited for speeding at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
