MARSHALL — Possible shoplifting reported at 1:54 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 29-year-old man was arrested for DWI, refusal to test, open bottle and failure to stop for a traffic control in an incident at 11:47 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 41-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 9:40 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.
TRACY —Â A suspicious incident was reported at 6:11 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL —Â Damage to a parked vehicle reported at 1:30 p.m. Sunday on the 2700 block of 290th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GHENT — A 20-year-old man was cited for violating an instruction permit and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 4:32 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Maskel Street and Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GHENT —Â A 28-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 9:54 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 5 and Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Theft was reported at 4:55 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — A 26-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation, and was arrested on a Winona County warrant, in a traffic incident at 11:19 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 170th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
