BALATON — A 48-year-old man was arrested for fourth degree DWI and held for court in an incident reported at 9:27 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of North Washington Avenue and West Third Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension in an incident reported at 11:41 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Prairieview Court, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYND — A 29-year-old woman was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 8:23 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 1:24 a.m. Monday on West Vermillion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 1:22 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Emerald Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:08 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of Silvervine Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 32-year-old man was arrested on a Meeker County warrant in an incident reported at 7:20 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Esther Lane, Marshall Police said.
