COTTONWOOD — A 23-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 1:18 p.m. Sunday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 29-year-old woman was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 10:58 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of East Main Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A cellphone was turned in and later released to its owner in an incident reported at 2:42 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of West Fairview Street and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A minor dog bite was reported at 2:44 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Third Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of multiple items reported at 5:09 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle hit a parked motor vehicle in a property damage incident reported at 7:10 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Street, Marshall Police said. There was minor damage and no injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an assault incident reported at 1:09 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault in an incident reported at 1:30 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Williams Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a motor vehicle window reported at 11:39 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 7:46 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 1:17 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. One vehicle was towed, the ambulance was on scene and there were no transports, Police said.
