MARSHALL — A 18-year-old male was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. A 19-year-old passenger in the vehicle was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, Police said.

LYND — A 31-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Credit card fraud reported at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 3100 block of U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY — A burglary was reported at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Seventh Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
