MARSHALL — A 33-year-old female was cited for driving after suspension, failure to provide proof of insurance, and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle in an incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
