MARSHALL – Bradley Vincent Cauwels, 54, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court July 14 to charges of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, court records said. Cauwels drove with a canceled license in Marshall on April 28, court records said. Cauwels received a stayed sentence of one year in jail, a $400 fine and two years probation with conditions including abide by laws and complete 50 hours of community service work.

MARSHALL – Thomas Dean Keiser, 70, of Tracy, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court July 14 to charges of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, court records said. Keiser drove with a canceled license in Marshall on May 15, court records said. Keiser received a stayed sentence of one year in jail, a $400 fine and two years probation with conditions including abide by laws and complete 50 hours of community service work.

MARSHALL – Ramadhan Mugabo, 28, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 14 on charges of third degree driving while impaired. A complaint alleges Mugabo drove while impaired in Marshall on April 26. A hearing was set for Aug. 11.

MARSHALL – Pa Lily Vue, 39, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 14 on charges of child endangerment. A complaint alleges Vue left two minor children unsupervised in Marshall while she was out of town in May. A hearing was set for Aug. 11.

MARSHALL – Anthony Derrick McFadden, 51, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 14 on charges of domestic assault. A complaint alleges McFadden assaulted a woman in Marshall on June 6. A hearing was set for Aug. 11.

MARSHALL – Clayton Bradley Peterson, 49, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court July 14 to charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime, court records said. Peterson possessed methamphetamines in Marshall on Jan. 12, court records said. Peterson was sentenced to pay a $500 fine, and four years probation with conditions including serve 21 days in jail, complete 100 hours of Sentenced to Service and be subject to random testing.

MARSHALL – Brady Alan Hanson, 19, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 14 on charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime and possession of drug paraphernalia. A complaint alleges Hanson possessed marijuana with intent to sell in Marshall on Feb. 12. A hearing was set for Aug. 11.

MARSHALL – Levi Peter Johnson, 35, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 15 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Johnson drove while impaired in Marshall on June 4. A hearing was set for July 28. Bail for Johnson was set at $12,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court, abide by laws and be subject to random testing.

MARSHALL – Gary Allan Meyer, 60, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 15 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Meyer drove while impaired in Lyon County on May 16. A hearing was set for July 28. Bail for Meyer was set at $12,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court, abide by laws and be subject to random testing.

MARSHALL – Kayla Marie West, 31, of Minneota, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 15 on charges of theft. A complaint alleges West used a company credit card to make more than $3,000 in unauthorized purchases in Marshall between October 2013 and January 2014. A hearing was set for July 28. Bail for West was set at $10,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court, abide by laws and have no unnecessary contact with witnesses.
