MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Redwood Falls woman, 24, and a Marshall woman, 46, in a domestic incident reported at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 42, was cited for an unregistered motor vehicle and no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 7:39 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 1st Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was later towed, Police said.

BALATON – A Balaton man, 34, was cited for speed in a traffic related incident reported at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related incident reported at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Market Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An alcohol related incident was reported at 3:47 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 150th Street and Lyon County Road 11, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Welding equipment was reported stolen in a theft incident at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 2900 block of 271st Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
