MARSHALL – People in a verbal argument reported at 12:11 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Lawrence Street were separated for the night, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A burglary incident was reported at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was cited for loud and noisy gathering in an incident reported at 11:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 11:04 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Minneota woman, 20, was cited for instruction permit violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 10:32 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Market Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 40, was arrested on a Lyon County Probation apprehend and detain order, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A boys’ bicycle reported found at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Redwood Street was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 34, was cited for having no proof of insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:21 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A drug related incident was reported at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 20, was cited for a school bus stop arm violation reported at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

LYON?COUNTY – A two-vehicle crash involving a pickup truck and a sedan was reported at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday two miles east of Marshall on Minnesota Highway 19, Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2007 Ford driven by Matthew Stark of Marshall, and a 2013 GMC driven by a Marshall man, 39, were demolished. Stark was airlifted to North Memorial in Robbinsdale with non life-threatening injuries, Patrol said.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, Marshall Fire and North Memorial Ambulance assisted at the scene. The driver of the GMS Sierra, Matthew Weverka, 39, of Marshall, and a 5-year-old passenger in his car suffered no apparent injuries, State Patrol said.
