MARSHALL – A driver was cited for having no proof of insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 10:28 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of F Street and Brian Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult female was arrested for shoplifting in an incident reported at 8:40 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult male was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:23 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A hit-and-run incident reported at 11:49 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult female was arrested for fourth degree DWI in an incident reported at 11:42 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Main Street and North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Shoplifting was reported at 7:56 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A speeding citation was issued in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 6:54 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Erie Road and Superior Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A wallet reported found at 5:07 p.m. Saturday near the Lyon County fairgrounds was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A civil matter was reported at 2:57 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult male was cited for driving after revocation and having no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:34 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and B Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult male was arrested for fourth degree DWI and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:18 a.m. Saturday on West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult male was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:38 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult female was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license and no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:20 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East College Drive and North High Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

MARSHALL – A harassment incident reported at 10:20 p.m. Friday near the Lyon County fairgrounds is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Minor damage was reported to the inside of a business in an incident reported at 5:05 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult female was arrested for shoplifting in an incident reported at 2:11 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An adult male was arrested on two out-of-county warrants for failure to appear in court, in an incident reported at 1:04 p.m. Friday near Liberty Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A warrant arrest incident was reported at 11:05 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

CLARKFIELD – A Clarkfield teen was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 3:41 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 59 south of Clarkfield, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1998 Ford driven by Helena Olson, 17, of Clarkfield, was traveling south on Highway 59 when it went off the road and struck a guard rail, the State Patrol said. Olson was taken to the Granite Falls hospital with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident was reported at 4:25 p.m. Friday on the 1600 block of Superior Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident was reported at 11:32 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Main Street and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident was reported at 9:04 a.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Patricia Court, Marshall Police said.
