MARSHALL – A Becker man, 37, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:11 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West Erie Road, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 5:54 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 50, was arrested for violating his conditions of release and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 4:18 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of West Marshall Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
