MARSHALL – Andre Renee Carter, 55, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 10 on charges of state lottery fraud and two counts of theft. A complaint alleges Carter stole money and lottery cards from a Marshall business on May 18,and claimed winnings from the cards. A hearing was set for June 24.

MARSHALL – Jose Cervantes Ledon, 25, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 10 on charges of third degree criminal property damage. A complaint alleges Ledon kicked in a door and damaged a wall in Marshall on Feb. 11. A hearing was set for June 24.

MARSHALL – Lloyd James Rosenau, Jr., 41, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court June 10 on charges of fifth degree controlled substance crime, third degree driving while impaired, child endangerment, obstructing legal process, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A complaint alleges Rosenau drove while under the influence of drugs in Marshall on May 28. A hearing was set for July 7.
